GENERAL TERMS OF PURCHASE

The following terms apply to all orders you place with Les Enfants AB via our homepage www.lesenfants.se.

In order to be able to shop with us, you must be 18 years of age or older. Once you approve your order with us, you also confirm that you approve the terms of purchase found below.

The fact that the items are on our home page at a given time is no guarantee that the items are always available. We reserve the right at any time to stop selling a given item.

We reserve the right to modify these terms as needed. This version of these terms of purchase, which apply to your order, is the version is available on our homepage at the moment you place your order.

 

ORDERING

You place your order via "shop" feature the website. Once you have placed your order, we will e-mail you your order confirmation. If for some reason we cannot send you your order, we will inform you as soon as possible via e-mail, so we do strongly recommend that you supply your correct e-mail address during the purchase process.

 

DELIVERY

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden during week days only. Deliveries are subject to the following delivery times after we have received and registered your order:

Sweden 2-4 working days

Europe: 3-8 working days

Outside Europe: 7-14 working days

 

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free worldwide.

 

NON-COLLECTED PARCELS HELD BY AGENTS

Most agents will hold your parcel for 14 days following notification of arrival. If you have not collected your parcel within that time, the parcel will be sent back to Les Enfants. We will then need to charge you 20EUR in administration charges, as well as eventually the cost of returning the parcel to us.

 

VALUE ADDED TAX

EU - Prices in the shop include 25% VAT, which is charged for all countries in EU.

Other countries - Private individuals residing outside the EU pay no VAT at checkout but may be required to pay once the goods arrive in your country. VAT is automatically deducted at the checkout when you select a country outside of the EU and may be added/charged by the carrier prior to delivery.  Please check with your country's authorities prior to completing your order to ensure you are not disappointed. 

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

You are entitled within 14 days of having received the item to cancel your purchase. Before your return the item, please notify us by e-mail that you would like to withdraw from your contract with us. Send your decision to customer@lesenfants.se and write “Cancellation” in the subject field. Then we will send you information on what you should do in order to return the product. Regardless of which of the aforementioned methods you use, we must receive your written notification within 14 days of you having received the item. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

Upon cancelling a purchase, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping and for ensuring that the item is properly packaged for delivery back to Les Enfants. The item must be in its original condition; however, of course, it may have been taken out of the packaging and then put back the way it was when you first received it. That the item must be in its original condition means that it must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, modified or used and that tags and labels must be intact. If we notice that the product is not in its original condition when it is returned to us, we may need to make a reduction for any loss of value of the item.

Refunds are paid as soon as possible once we have received the item back. Refunds shall be made by the same method of payment used when the item(s) was purchased.

Les Enfants complies with the Distance and Doorstop Sales Act and contracts outside business premises, which you can read on the home page of the Swedish Consumer Agency (www.konsumentverket.se).

 

COMPLAINTS

Contact us at customer@lesenfants.se as soon as you discover any defects or find that the item is damaged and you wish to lodge a complaint. Send us a photo of the damage/production defect so that we may more easily understand what happened. Also send us your order number so that we know that you bought the item from us.

We will compensate you by replacing the item. If you would prefer to cancel the purchase, we will refund you the total amount you have paid for the item within 14 days of us having received and approved your complaint.

We process complaints in accordance with the Consumer Sales Act; refer to the Swedish Consumer Agency web page (www.konsumentverket.se).

The website and these terms and conditions are subject to Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish courts. As a consumer, you are also entitled to relegate a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, see www.arn.se, or the EU commission on-line platform for dispute resolution, http://ec.europa.eu/odr.”

 

IMAGES

Due to the fact that all monitors render colour nuances differently, we cannot guarantee that the colour of our products is consistent with the colours you see on your screen.

 

LIABILITY

Les Enfants assumes no liability for any indirect losses, such as lost earnings or lost business opportunities. Neither do we assume any liability for a failure to fulfil the terms of the contract if such a failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, which include but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot or similar disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorism. Our maximum liability to you for damages for any losses or damages that occur in connection with your order is limited to the total amount for your order.

 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights on www.lesenfants.se , belong to Les Enfants or our licensers. All use of our home page or its content, including copying or storage of such content in whole or in part for purposes other than one’s own person non-commercial use is forbidden without the consent of Les Enfants.

Updating our Privacy Policy

1. General

It is important for us at Les Enfants that you feel safe with how we handle your personal information. Therefore, we are open to how we collect, process and share data we save about you. As from May 25, 2018, the former Personal Data Act (PUL) has been replaced by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is a new EU regulation valid throughout the EU. Personal data is any information that may be directly or indirectly attributed to you as a person.

3. Who is responsible for the personal data we collect?

Les Enfants AB, org. No. 556925-6604 with address Gustavslundsvägen 143, 167 51 Stockholm, Sweden, is personally responsible for the company's processing of personal data.

4. What personal data do we collect about you and why do we do that?

When purchasing in our webshop we collect the following information about you; first and last name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. Why we do this is to be able to handle your order and to be delivered home to you. We also need the information for any returns, or if we need to communicate with you by email, text or phone regarding your order.

5. Who may we need to share your personal information with?

Data forwarded to third parties that we have entered into a personal data agreement with the purpose of securing and protecting your data is used solely to provide services to you. For example, it may be freight forwarders in connection with the delivery of your goods eg Post Nord, Credit Card Payments, Credit Reporting or Debt Collection Offices for Credit Reporting Claims.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. However, Les Enfants may use your information for marketing purposes for our products. Les Enfants may also need to disclose your personal information if it is necessary to comply with applicable legislation or government requirements, to safeguard Les Enfant's legal interests or to detect, prevent or detect fraud and other security or technical issues.

6. What are your rights?

You have at any time the right to have a registry extract of the personal data we have stored about you through a written signed application to us. Les Enfants will, at your request or on its own initiative, correct, delete, disassociate or supplement your information if they are found to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading.

You are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time to allow us to use your personal information for marketing purposes. You can contact us by email to info@lesenfants.se and we will remove your details.
