Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Les Enfants purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Uncollected or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is not collected by the customer and is returned to us for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the shipping costs incurred as well as administrative expenses. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued. This practice aligns with standard e-commerce policies, where retailers implement return fees to manage costs associated with uncollected packages.
Customs and Import Duties
Please note that our products are made in China and in Europe and we have warehouses in Sweden and the United States. While we strive to provide accurate shipping information, we cannot predict or control any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be imposed once the products arrive in your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
